Charging Exō
DO NOT: Charge Exō with more than Standard  5V / 1 Amp.
Speed charging blocks that exceed 5V / 1 Amp are not approved to charge Exō and can damage the Lithium Polymer Battery. Use included cable and approved Chargers.

When will my items ship?
Exo will ship 24-48 hours after being placed, excludes weekends and holidays.

How do i pair Exō Adapter with my Phone / Laptop / iPad / Tablet?
Hold the button for 5-7 seconds or until the light on the button flashes Red/Blue. Once Flashing, Locate and Select "Exo Solo/Studio" on your Device list or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPFphtNUiW8

What if I'm not Satisfied with the Exō Adapter?
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Exo purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase.
EXO Audio guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can exchange within 90 days of purchase.

How do I Return or Exchange Items?
You must have a proof of purchase (order #) for all returns and exchanges within 14 days. 

Returns
Within 14 days of delivery, full refund of EXO Products (Shipping is non refundable)

It is recommended that you purchase postage that includes tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages by selected carrier.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchanges
Within 14 days of delivery, if your merchandise is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. Please email us at EXOBLUETOOTH@gmail.com include name, order #.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange for any other reason, please return your item per our refund policy above. We do not offer exchanges due to the limited stock and availability of items. We will gladly refund your item so that the correct item can be ordered if it is in stock.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.

If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.

90 Day Warranty
The condition of this warranty and supplier's responsibilities under this warranty
are as follows:
Warranty is non transferable and is limited to the original purchaser only.
You must be able to prove the date of original purchase of the unit with a dated receipt.
The warranty is not applicable if the product has been subject to physical abuse, improper installation, modification, or repair by an unauthorized third party.
Supplier's responsibility shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product at its sole discretion.
Specifically exempt from any warranty are limited life consumable components subject to normal wear and tear such as batteries, decorative, and other accessories.
Supplier is not responsible for failure resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, or any
unauthorized repair, or modification.
Modification and repair of the unit should be done by an authorized and qualified service center or returned to the manufacturer.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary under local laws.

Once we have replicated issue, we will send replacement. This may take up 1-2 weeks. If problem is not replicated you will be responsible for paying postage to send item back.

What countries does Exo Audio ship to? 
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL for all orders outside of the U.S. All international orders are guaranteed to be received within 3-4 business days of purchase.

Why is there a customs fee included with my international order?
Customs fees are not covered in the shipping costs that are charged by Exo Audio. Customs policies vary from country to country and unfortunately we have no control over how your country determines customs fees. To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. Please note that no matter whom the carrier is, U.S. Postal or private, the laws and rules are the same for everyone. Each country is different and each carrier handles these issues differently when clearing customs. DHL/FedEx ship’s all international orders, as they guarantee your package’s delivery within 3-4 business days, and will contact you to pay the fees before delivery. If you are charged customs / duties fees and wish not to accept the package delivery, Shipping cost is NON Refundable.
